This Travel Budget & Trip Planner is a ready-to-use spreadsheet for Google Sheets and Excel. Set your trip budget by category, then log every expense in any currency: it is converted to your home currency with the rates you set, so the Dashboard always shows spent, left and cost per day and per person. The Itinerary plans every day with place, time and whether it is booked. The Packing List counts what is in the bag. Bookings keeps flights, hotels and tickets with confirmation numbers, and anything not paid yet turns red. Type in the yellow cells; everything else is calculated for you.
