Calm Wedding is a simple wedding planner app I made for couples who are tired of planning in ten different notes apps. No account, no subscription, no ads. Add your wedding date, your budget and your guest count, and the app fills in the checklist for you. Every time you open it, you see the countdown, the budget left and the next three things to do.
Who is it for?
Designed for couples organising their wedding. Use the preview to check whether the screens and level of detail fit the way you prefer to work.

- Vendors: phone numbers, deposits and due dates in one list
- Day plan: the timeline for the wedding day, hour by hour

- Open the matching Etsy listing to confirm the current version, compatibility and what is included.
- After purchase, follow the supplied setup instructions. Start with a small set of your own records and review the results.
Good to know
- Your plan lives on one device. To share it with your partner, use the same phone or computer, or send them a backup file (there is no live sync).
- It does not send notifications; open it to see what is next.
- Clearing your browser data can erase your entries, so download a backup in Settings now and then.
- Keep a backup of your entries before clearing browser data or changing devices. The demo and purchased app are separate; review the purchase instructions before entering your own information.
