Calm Meds is a simple medication log I made for anyone who has stood in the kitchen wondering if they already took today’s pill. No account, no subscription, no ads. Add your medications, the dose and the times you take them. Today shows every dose in order. Tap Taken and it turns green. Missed one? It shows in gold. No red, no shame.
Who is it for?
Designed for people keeping a personal medication log. Use the preview to check whether the screens and level of detail fit the way you prefer to work.

- Today: every dose for today in order, tap Taken and it turns green
- Week: every dose of the week at a glance, taken in green, missed in gold
- Refills: the app counts your pills and tells you when it’s time to refill
- Symptoms: log how you feel from one to five, with a short note
- Appointments: doctor visits and the questions you want to ask, tick each one when you’ve asked it
- Report: a simple summary to show your doctor, ready to print or save as a PDF
- Export your dose log as CSV, focus mode, dark mode and backup in Settings
