Calm Meals is a simple meal planner I made for people with ADHD and anyone who hears “what’s for dinner?” every single day. No account, no subscription, no ads. Pick a few meals your family already likes (it comes with 18 simple recipes to start), tap Fill my week, and the grocery list builds itself, grouped by store aisle.
Who is it for?
Designed for people planning weekly meals. Use the preview to check whether the screens and level of detail fit the way you prefer to work.
What's inside.
- Today: breakfast, lunch and dinner, and one thing to prep now
- Week: tap any meal slot to pick a meal, or tap Fill my week and the app plans it for you
- Recipes: 18 simple recipes with ingredients and steps, add your own in a minute
- Grocery list: built from your week, grouped by store aisle, tick items as you shop
- Pantry: mark what you already have, and it drops off the list
- Favorites: meals you loved, ready to plan again with one tap
- Copy the grocery list or export it as CSV
- Focus mode hides everything except today. Dark mode and backup in Settings

- Open the matching Etsy listing to confirm the current version, compatibility and what is included.
- After purchase, follow the supplied setup instructions. Start with a small set of your own records and review the results.
Good to know
- It does not order groceries or send notifications; open it to see what’s for dinner.
- Clearing your browser data can erase your entries, so download a backup in Settings now and then.
- Keep a backup of your entries before clearing browser data or changing devices. The demo and purchased app are separate; review the purchase instructions before entering your own information.
